What does your workshop fee cover?
Apart from the actual space of the hire, the fee that you pay to run a workshop at one of the beautiful spaces at Second Story covers a myriad of costs, including, and not limited to:
Workshop Management & Coordination
Our Workshops Manager handles your inquiry from start to finish, ensuring that bookings don't clash, the most suitable spaces are assigned to each specific workshop and there are enough materials for each workshop.
Workshop Hosting
A Workshop Host is available to guide all facilitators, new and returning. T&Cs and standard rates apply for out-of-hours Workshop Hosting.
Marketing & Promotions
Second Story offers three different promotional packages; Standard, Silver, and Gold. Each package provides facilitators with exposure and an opportunity to market to a wider, and more targeted audience through digital channels and print media.
Materials
We provide facilitators with a variety of materials for their workshops, free of charge. This includes cushions, blankets, chairs and yoga mats. In addition to these complementary materials, we also offer a range of other materials that can be hired upon request (whiteboards, projector, wireless mics, etc.)
The Second Story team takes care of your end-to-end booking to ensure that you as a facilitator can focus on delivering your workshop and assist your participants in having the best possible experience. It brings us great joy to provide you with a workshop space and these additional services to support your workshop, as we're aware of the clarity, peace, happiness and fulfilment workshops can bring to participants.
